Bridge of Allan Judo - Child Protection Policy

We believe that children have the right to practice judo safely, our club coaches are committed to the welfare of our child members. In line with the British Judo Assocation and Stirling Council all of the adults who work with children in our club undergo detailed background checks via the Disclosure Scotland process.

Our club also has a fully trained Child Protection co-ordinator who can liase with the relevant professional bodies including the Police, Social Care and the British Judo Assocation.

In addition, as a Stirling Sports Council chartered club we are also required to (and have) undergone Disclosure Checks with Stirling Council.
